Shiki-no-sato - Junmai-daiginjo Sake
Our original Junmai-daiginjo Sake. Mildly sweet taste and a fruitiness on the tongue, with a refreshing after taste. Best served cold.
Sato - Authentically brewed (Dry)
A delicious dry authentically brewed Sake. It can be served both hot and cold. We recommend it served mildly warm. **Only sold at Kondou-Shouten
Yui-gokoro Junmai-Daiginjo Sake
A famous Sake of Shirakawago. It is a mildly dry tasting Sake made from natural mineral water of Shirakawago. A great souvenir.
